Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to promote our services to you. What happens if you contact us via social media?

 

We use the third-party providers, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Whatsapp to manage our social media interactions. If you send us a private or direct message via social media the message will be stored via the platform which was used. We will not share it with other organisations.

When you call Lisa Cowan and those involved with projects and services delivered by Dynamite Initiatives, we will collect only the information necessary to ensure you receive an efficient and appropriate response or service. We may also retain some of the information where it helps with providing you with an efficient response.We will not keep any data from you for longer than is necessary.

Lisa Cowan trading as Dynamite Initiatives (and associated freelance contractors) offer various services to businesses, third sector organisations and public sector bodies. To do this, we hold the details of the people who have requested the service or who have submitted an enquiry in order to respond appropriately. However, we only use these details where there are legitimate interests, such as providing the service the person or organisation has requested or where required by law.

We will use a third party provider to deliver our electronic newsletters (we will publish details of this here when we create our first newsletter). We will gather statistics around email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies to help us monitor and improve our e-newsletter.
